Winning the award for outstanding coach under the age of 24 was Alex Szepietowski from Esher CC. Described as ‘a true club man’, Alex has been involved with Esher since the U7 side and now opens the batting for the First XI, as well as gaining coaching qualifications and working with young people at the club. He works with groups and in 1-2-1 settings, doing whatever it takes to ensure the children he is helping develop their game whilst also having fun.
